Information We Collect
We collect personal and technical information to fulfill service orders and meet statutory obligations:
Personal & Contact Data: Name, mobile number, email, address, business name, and GST details.
Project & Site Data: Installation address, property specifications, consumer numbers, electricity bills, site photos, and technical surveys.
Product & Service History: Vehicle Identification Numbers (VIN), serial numbers, warranty records, and service logs.
Financial & Technical Data: Payment reference numbers and billing addresses, along with website cookies and IP address logs.
What we never store: Credit/debit card credentials or UPI PINs are not retained on our systems under any circumstance.

Purpose & Legal Basis of Processing
Information is processed under the DPDP Act 2023 based on user consent, contractual necessity, or legal compliance to:
Fulfill orders, process payments, and execute engineering/solar installations.
Manage warranty registrations, technical support, and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC).
Communicate invoices, statutory updates, and operational disclosures.

Information Sharing & Third Parties
We do not sell or rent personal data. Information is shared strictly on a need-to-know basis with OEM manufacturers, logistics providers, banking/payment gateways, DISCOM authorities, and legal advisors to complete service delivery or satisfy statutory requirements.

Data Security, Retention & User Rights
Security & Retention: We enforce encryption, access controls, and firewall protocols. Data is retained only as long as necessary for warranty obligations, tax laws, and dispute resolution.
User Rights: Under the DPDP Act 2023, you may request access, correction, updating, or erasure of your personal data, or withdraw consent by contacting our Grievance Officer.
